Notice is hereby given that the undersigned Karen E. Rushing, Clerk of the Circuit Court of Sarasota County, Florida will on July 7, 2011 at 9:00 o'clock, a.m. at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, the property situated in Sarasota County, Florida described as follows:
Lot 1, Block “C,” HOLIDAY HARBOR, UNIT 1, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 7, Page 67, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
Pursuant to the Final Decree of Foreclosure entered in a case pending in said Court, the style of which is Regions Bank, as successor by merger to AmSouth Bank v. 7750 South Tamiami Trail, LLC, a Florida limited liability company, et. al., case no. 2010-CA-012644-NC.
