NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated May 27, 2011, and entered in Case No. 2010 CA 001645 NC of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein ROGER WOLFE AND YVONNE WOLF is Plaintiff and LINDA SCHIFFMEYER, HARRY SCHIFFMEYER AND CITIFINACIAL EQUITY SERVICES, INC. are the Defendant(s). I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the www.sarasota.realforeclose.com of the Sarasota County Courthouse, in SARASOTA County, Florida at 9:00 a.m., on the 1st day of July, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to wit:
