NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale Date dated the 24th day of May, 2011, and entered in Case No. 09-01842, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE, LLC is the Plaintiff and PATRICIA L. JACQUES; SANDPIPER APARTMENTS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF PATRICIA L. JACQUES; UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell the property to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 28th day of June, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

Apartment No. 101, SANDPIPER CONDOMINIUM APARTMENTS, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 1014, Page 1484, and as amended, and according to the plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 6, Page 53, as amended, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida; together with an undivided 1/201st interest in and to that certain parcel of land located in Venice, Sarasota County, Florida, and more particularly described in that certain Warranty Deed recorded in Official Records Book 1237, Page 449, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida; and subject to all restrictions contained in said deed.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
