NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on the 03rd day of June, 2011, in that certain cause pending in the Circuit Court in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein THE HARRIS BANK, N.A. is the Plaintiff and KARLA L. DEFURIA and stephan defuria, are Defendants, Civil Action Case No. 2010 CA 12343 NC, Karen E. Rushing, Clerk of the aforesaid Court, will at 9:00 a.m. on July 8, 2011, offer for sale and sell to the highest bidder for cash via the internet at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, the following described property, situate and being in Sarasota County, Florida, to wit:
Lots 6488, 6489, and 6490, South Venice, Unit No. 24, a Subdivision as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 6, Page(s) 71, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
Said sale will be made pursuant to and in order to satisfy the terms of said Final Judgment of Foreclosure.
