THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON, AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE UNDER NOVASTAR MORTGAGE FUNDING TRUST, SERIES 2004-3 is Plaintiff and CHERYL HOBBS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CHERYL HOBBS; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m., on the 22nd day of June, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
