NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed February 22nd, 2011, and entered in Case No. 2009 CA 018284 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida. THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON, AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE UNDER NOVASTAR MORTGAGE FUNDING TRUST, SERIES 2004-3 is Plaintiff and CHERYL HOBBS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CHERYL HOBBS; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m., on the 22nd day of June, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
