Unit 206, Building 6, VILLAGIO, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Instruments Number 2003257048 and amendments thereto, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida. Together with all appurtenance thereto, and an undivided interest in the common elements of said condominium.
