NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 27, 2011, and entered in 58-2009-CA-010085 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P., is the Plaintiff and SERENADE ON PALMER RANCH CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., JOHN DOE, JANE DOE are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 9:00 am on July 1, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 202, BUILDING 4, SERENADE ON PALMER RANCH CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS INSTRUMENT NUMBER 2005045834, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA. -a/k/a 5146 NORTHRIDGE ROAD, #202, SARASOTA, FL 34238
