NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 31, 2011, and entered in 2009 CA 015121 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida wherein FEDERAL HOME LOAN MORTGAGE CORPORATION, is the Plaintiff and FRANCISCO HIERRO, FREDESVINDA STIVENS, BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., JOHN DOE N/K/A ANGEL GASTOU, JANE DOE N/K/A ELIZABETH SOTO are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 9:00 am on July 5, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 104, SPRING OAKS, UNIT II, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 29, PAGES 47, 47A THRU 47C OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA. -a/k/a 2139 SEWARD DR, SARASOTA, FL 34234
