Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure (In Rem) for Plaintiffs entered in this cause on April 15, 2011, in the Circuit Court of Orange County, Florida, the Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in Orange County, Florida described as:

and commonly known as: 9702 Sunderson Road, Orlando, Florida 32825, including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on line at www. myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, on July 12, 2011 at 11 A.M.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
