NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale Date dated the 2nd day of June, 2011, and entered in Case No. 09-28350, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein SUNTRUST MORTGAGE, INC. is the Plaintiff and FRANK STAPE; AVENUE HOME BUILDERS, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 07 day of July, 2011 at 11:00 AM at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com.
