NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale Date dated the 2nd day of June, 2011, and entered in Case No. 09-28350, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein SUNTRUST MORTGAGE, INC. is the Plaintiff and FRANK STAPE; AVENUE HOME BUILDERS, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 07 day of July, 2011 at 11:00 AM at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

being the same property conveyed to avenue home builders, inc. by deed from buena vista woods, l.l.c., recorded 09/13/2007 in deed book 9433 page 1390, in the public records of orange county, florida.
