A 0.02265% undivided tenant in common interest in Phase III of TUSCANY VILLAGE VACATION SUITES, as described in the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions thereof as recorded in O.R. Book 6630, Page 4259, in the Public Records of Orange County, Florida, and all exhibits attached thereto (the “Declaration”). Grantee owns a Type 1 Vacation Ownership Interest in a ONE BEDROOM Suite and shall be required to make a reservation for a Suite, with every ODD NUMBERED YEAR occupancy rights, in accordance with the provisions of the Declaration.
