NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure filed June 6, 2011, and entered in Case No. 10-ca-058009 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE COUNTY, Florida, wherein citimortgage inc successor by merger to principal residential mortgage, inc., is Plaintiff, and richard b. brown, et al are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 9:00 am at www.lee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 8 day of July, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
lots 24 and 25, block c, of that certain unrecorded subdivision known as pirates cove ii, according to the plat thereof, of record in official record book 137, page 415, of the public records of lee county, florida.
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
