Charlie Green as The Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash Beginning 9:00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes at 9:00 am on July 6 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
lot 67, of reserve at estero, according to the plat thereof, recorded in plat book 82, page 51, public records of lee county, florida - a/k/a 19677 villa rosa loop, fort myers, fl 33912
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
