NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed June 3, 2011, entered in Civil Case No. 2009-CA-068305 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein CitiMortgage, Inc., Plaintiff and Estate of Larry D. Stidham are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BEGINNING 9:00 A.M. AT WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES on October 3, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
from the southwest (sw) corner of the southeast quarter (se 1/4) of section 13, township 43 south, range 25 and the point of beginning (p.o.b.) of the herein described parcel; run north along the center section line, 264 feet, thence east parallel with the south section line of section 13, for 165 feet, thence south parallel with the center section line, 264 feet to an intersection with the south section line of section 13, thence west 165 feet, more or less, to the p.o.b.. said parcel containing 1 acre, more or less.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
