NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order rescheduling foreclosure sale filed June 3, 2011, entered in Civil Case No. 2009-Ca-067755 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein Chase Home Finance, LLC, Plaintiff and Michael Kelly are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BEGINNING 9:00 A.M. AT WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES on July 7, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
lots 28 & 29, block 3212, unit 66, cape coral subdivision, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in plat book 22, pages 2 through 26, of the public records of lee county, florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
