lot 10, block d, stoneybrook unit two, according to the plat thereof recorded in plat book 64, pages 5 through 15, of the public records of lee county, florida
and commonly known as: 21251 braxford loop, estero, fl 33928; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at: www.lee.realforeclose.com, on September 7, 2011 at 9:00 am.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
