NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed the 3 day of June, 2011, and entered in Case No. 36-2010-CA-058044, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein aurora loan services, llc is the Plaintiff and vicki lynn barkley, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems Incorporated as nominee for homecomings financial, llc (fka homecomings financial network, inc.) unknown tenant (S) in possession of the subject property are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 3 day of August, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
lot 9, block 71, unit 12, section 36, township 45 south, range 27 east, lehigh acres, according to the map or plat thereof, recorded in plat book 28, page 70, of the public records of lee county, florida.
