servicing, lp f/k/a countrywide home loans servicing, lp is the Plaintiff and sandra l. landry a/k/a sandra landry, sandry lynn landry, american express bank, fsb, heather ridge I of brookshire condominium association, inc., Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Incorporated, acting solely as a nominee for quicken loans, inc., unknown spouse of sandra l. landry a/k/a sandra landry, sandry lynn landry and unknown tenant (S) in possession of the subject property are defendants.
