Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff filed in this cause on June 6, 2011, in the Circuit Court of Lee County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Lee County, Florida described as:

and commonly known as: 14817 calusa palms dr, fort myers, fl 33919; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at: www.lee.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions, on July 8, 2011 at 9:00 AM
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
