NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed June 8, 2011, and entered in Case No. 36 2010 Ca 052203, of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida. federal national mortgage association is Plaintiff and kimberly van saun a/k/a kimberly hopper a/k/a kimberly sue hopper; robert van saun a/k/a robert d. van saun a/k/a robert d. vansaun; any and all unknown parties claiming by, through, under, and against the herein named individual defendant(S) who are not known to be dead or alive, whether said unknown parties may claim an interest as spouses, heirs, devisees, grantees or other claimants; john doe and jane doe as unknown tenants in possession; are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00 a.m., on the 8 day of July, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
lot 3, block 25, unit 5, replat of resubdivision of block b, of buckingham park, northwest Section, in section 16, township 44 south, range 26 east, lehigh acres, according to the map or plat thereof on file in the office of the clerk of the circuit court, recorded in plat book 27, page 193, of the public records of lee county, florida.
