NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure filed June 6, 2011, and entered in Case No. 10-CA-059048 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE COUNTY, Florida, wherein citimortgage, inc., is Plaintiff, and marie richemond, et al are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 9:00 am at www.lee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 8 day of July, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
lot 35, maravilla circle according to the plat thereof, recorded in plat book 9, page 39, of the public records of the lee county, florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
