NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure filed June 6, 2011 and entered in Case No. 36-2010-CA-057794 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff and SALVATORE AMATO; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SALVATORE AMATO N/K/A JENNIFER AMATO; MEADOWS OF ESTERO CONDOMINIUM, INC.; TENANT #1 N/K/A DAWNLI WANG, TENANT #2, TENANT #3, and TENANT #4 are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00AM, on the 6 day of July, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
BUILDING 35, UNIT NO. 101, OF MEADOWS OF ESTERO, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, RECORDED IN INSTRUMENT NO. 2005000036677, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO. TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO AS SET FORTH IN SAID DECLARATION.
