NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed the 8 day of June, 2011, and entered in Case No. 36-2008-CA-013613, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP is the Plaintiff and DAVID G. GALT, NANCY L. GALT, MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED, AS A NOMINEE FOR COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS, INC., JANE DOE, JOHN DOE, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DAVID G. GALT and UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF NANCY L. GALT IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.Lee.realforeclose.com, 9:00 AM on the 11 day of July, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 99, LOCHMOOR, UNIT NO. 1, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF ON FILE AND RECORDED IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT OF LEE COUNTY, IN PLAT BOOK 28, PAGES 33 THRU 37, INCLUSIVE.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
