pass-through certificates, series 2007-1 is the Plaintiff, and, carlos a. torres; JOSEPHINE J. TORRES; CAPE CORAL HOUSING REHABILITATION AND DEVELOPMENT CORP; AND unknown tenant(S) in possession are Defendants. The clerk of the court will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 AM on the August 31, 2011 the following described real property as set forth in said Final summary Judgment, to wit:
Lot 13 and 14, Block 3171, Cape Coral, Unit 66, according to the Plat recorded in Plat Book 22, Pages 2 through 26, inclusive, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
