Notice is given that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on the 25th day of February, 2011, in Civil Action No. 08-CA-013833, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, in which wells fargo bank, n.a. as trustee on behalf of the harborview 2006-12 trust fund, is the Plaintiff, and carlos burattini, et. al., are the Defendants, I will sell at public sale on July 8, 2011, beginning at 9:00 a.m. to the highest bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m. on the 11 day of July, 2011, the following described property set forth in the Final Judgment of Foreclosure in Lee County, Florida;
lot 39, of Colony Trace, according to the Plat Thereof, as recorded under instrument No. 2005105373 of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
