NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed June 7, 2011, entered in Civil Case No. 2010-CA-059684 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee for TBW Mortgage-Backed Trust Series 2006-2, TBW Mortgage-Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-2, Plaintiff and Robert Drew Jr. and Jenny K. Drew are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BEGINNING 9:00 A.M. AT WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES on July 7, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOTS 57 AND 58, BLOCK 3251, UNIT 66, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 22, PAGES 2 TO 26, INCLUSIVE, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
