NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment filed June 8, 2011, entered in Civil Case No.: 09-CA-065132, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE, LLC is Plaintiff, and DONALD WOLOWSKI, SHARON WOLOWSKI, REGIONS BANK; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash at 9:00 a.m. at www.lee.realforeclose.com on the 11 day of July, 2011, on the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
