AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO WACHOVIA BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION F/K/A FIRST UNION, NATIONAL BANK is Plaintiff and DANIEL R. CROSS; VICKY L. CROSS; MITZI J. COOTWARE; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MITZI J.
