NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed June 7, 2011, and entered in Case No. 08-CA-015036 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida in which The Bank of New York Mellon Fka The Bank Of New York As Trustee For The Benefit Of The Certificateholders Of Cwabs 2005-01, Inc., is the Plaintiff and Susana Piloto, Chase Bank USA, N.A., John Doe n/k/a Jeffrey R. Guelcher, Lee County, Florida, Roberto L. Rodriguez, are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes, Lee County, Florida at 9:00am on the 8 day of July, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 5.6 BLOCK 3827, CAPE CORAL UNIT 52 ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 19, PAGE 49, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
