NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed June 7, 2011, and entered in Case No. 10-CA-054277 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida in which Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee Under the Pooling and Servicing Agreement Relating to IMPAC Secured Assets Corp., Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-4, is the Plaintiff and Ernst Saint-Louis, Jeanette Saint-Louis, Jane Doe n/k/a Venus Howard, John Doe n/k/a Keith Howard, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, iNc,. Acting Solely as a Nominee for American Home Mortgage, are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes, at 9:00am on the 11 day of July, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
lot 2, block 21, replate of tract j, unit 2, that park of section 11, lying north of state road no.82, township 45 south, range 26 east, lehigh acres, florida, according to the map or plat thereof as recroded in plat book 26, page 193, of the public records of lee county, florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
