NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed the 18th day of March, 2011, and entered in Case No. 09-CA-061935, of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein valeriu bularca and camelia bularca, as husband and wife, are the Plaintiffs and alexandru samson; unknown spouse of alexandru samson if any; any and all unknown parties claiming by, through, under and against the herein named individual defendant(S) who are not known to be dead or alive, whether said unknown parties may claim an interest as spouses, heirs, devisees, grantees or other claimants; american general home equity, inc.; john doe and jane doe and unknown tenants in possession are the Defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash Beginning 9:00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes on the 6th day of July, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
lot 10, block 28, unit 7, a subdivision of lehigh acres, according to the map or plat of section 27, township 44 south, range 27 east, recorded in deed book 254, page 35, and re-recorded in plat book 15, page 40, inclusive of the public records of lee county, florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
