Notice is hereby given that the undersigned Charlie Green, Clerk of the Circuit Court of Lee County, Florida shall sell the Property at public sale after having first given notice as required by Section 45. 031, Florida Statutes, in an online sale at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 a.m. on the 8th day of July, 2011, offer the sale to the highest bidder for cash, the following described property, being AN UNDIVIDED ONE-HALF INTEREST OF TENANT IN COMMON JORGE GOMEZ in the subject property herein foreclosed, situated in LEE County, Florida, and described as follows:
LOT 34, BLOCK 4913, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, UNIT 74, according to the map or plat thereof on file and recorded in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court, Lee County, Florida, in Plat Book 22, Pages 111 thru 131, inclusive.
The Real Property or its address is commonly known as 3909 Surfside Blvd., Fort Myers, Florida 33914.
Pursuant to the order or final judgment entered in a case pending in said Court, the style of which is:
