NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment filed the 10 day of June, 2011, and entered in Case No. 10-CA-52182 of the Circuit Court of the Tweniteth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida wherein William H. Grace, II and Susan H. Grace are the Plaintiffs and Ryan Glynn and Angie Glynn are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.lee.realforeclose.com beginning at 9:00 a.m. on the 15 day of July, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
A parcel of land being a part of Section 34, Township 44 South, Range 24 East, more particularly described as follows:

Beginning at a ∏” iron rod, being the southwest corner of the northeast one-quarter (NE-1/4) of the southeast one-quarter (SE-1/4) of said Section 34, run North 90Ëš00'00” West along a prolongation of the south line of said fraction, along the north line of a roadway easement (20 feet wide) and the southerly line of the plat of the First Addition to Waldens Rivieria Estates, recorded in Plat Book 36, Page 70, Lee County public records, and westerly extension thereof, for 400.00 feet to a Johnson Engineering 3” x 3” concrete monument marking the northeast corner of lands described in deed recorded in Official Record Book 1139, Page 395, said public records; thence South 00Ëš30'04” West passing through a 3” x 3” concrete monument at 164.69 feet, for 183.71 feet to a Johnson Engineering √” iron pipe with yellow cap and an intersection with the northerly boundary line of the Revised Plat Caloosa Vista, as recorded in Plat Book 8, at Page 74, said public records; thence South 89Ëš53'31” East along said northerly line for 399.89 feet to a nail and disk (LB 642) in the pavement of Caloosa Vista Drive also being a point on the westerly line the A.B. Beall's Subdivision as recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 40, said public records; thence North 00Ëš31'56” East passing through a 60D nail in asphalt at 19.76 feet, for 184.46 feet to the Point of Beginning. Containing 73,622 square feet or 1.69 acres more or less. Subject to a 20 feet wide right-of-way easement along the north line thereof.
Bearings hereinabove mentioned are based on the plat of the First Addition to Waldens Rivieria Estates recorded in Plat Book 36, Page 70, Public Records of Lee County, Florida, wherein the southerly line of Lots 9 and 10 bear N 90Ëš00'00” W.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
