NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed the 10 day of June, 2011, and entered in Case No. 36-2010-CA-056030, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein GMAC MORTGAGE, LLC is the Plaintiff and CANDACE M EMERSON, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CANDACE M EMERSON and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) N/K/A MICHAEL JERNIGAN IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 11 day of July, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 3, 4 AND SOUTH ONE-HALF (S 1/2) OF LOT 5, BLOCK C, W.W. WATSON'S SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF ON FILE AND RECORDED IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 67.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
