CITIMORTGAGE, INC. - FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION IS THE NEW PLAINTIFF, BUT THE STYLE DOES NOT CHANGE. is Plaintiff and CHRISTINA D. BLAUVELT; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CHRISTINA D. BLAUVELT IF ANY; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; JOHN DOE AND; JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION; TERRACE IV AT HERITAGE POINTE ASSOCIATION, INC.; HERITAGE POINTE MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; CITIBANK, N.A.; are defendants. UNIT 716, BUILDING 7, OF TERRACE IV AT HERITAGE POINTE, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4477, PAGE 387, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA AND ANY SUBSEQUENT AMENDMENTS THERETO, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
