INDYMAC FEDERAL BANK, FSB, SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO INDYMAC BANK, F.S.B. is Plaintiff and eric p. seidenberg; unknown spouse of eric p. seidenberg; mortgage electronic registration systems, inc., as nominee for american brokers conduit; are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00 a.m., on the 13 day of July, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
