NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed June 8, 2011, and entered in Case No. 08-CA-018690 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida in which The Bank of New York Mellon F/K/A the Bank of New York As Trustee for the Certificateholders CWMBS, inc. CHL Mortgage Pass-Through Trust 2005-4 Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2005-4 , is the Plaintiff and Annemarie Rapuano, Southtrust Bank, National Association, are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes, Lee County, Florida at 9:00am on the 8 day of July, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOTS 25 AND 26, BLOCK 1718, UNIT 44, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 21, PAGES 104 THROUGH 1112, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
