NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed June 10, 2011, and entered in Case No. 36-2010-CA-054379 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., successor in interest to Wachovia Mortgage, F.S.B. f/k/a World Savings Bank, F.S.B., is the Plaintiff and Kathleen DeChristopher, Kurt DeChristopher, Avalon Preserve Master Association, Inc., Avalon Preserve Condominium Association, Inc., are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes, at 9:00am on the 13 day of July, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
UNIT 1302, BUILDING 13, PHASE 4, OF AVALON PRESERVE, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS INSTRUMENT 2006000246792, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND ALL RECORDED AND UNRECORDED AMENDMENTS THERETO. TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
