ETCHEVERRY; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INCOPRORATED AS A NOMINEE FOR FIRST MAGNUS FINANCIAL CORPORATION; TATYANA ETCHEVERRY; JOHN DOE; JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants.
