NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 1, 2011, and entered in Case No. 08-CA-51091, of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida. is Plaintiff and UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF KENNETH K SANDS, IF ANY; JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; KENNETH K. SANDS are defendants.
