UNIT 902, GOLF VIEW VILLAS I, A CONDOMINIUM PHASE 4, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 22, Pages 76-77, as further amended in Plat Book 22, Pages 116, 117, 127, 128 and Condominium Plat Book 1, Pages 31-32, all of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 1307, Page 1183, as amended in O.R. Book 1318, Page 1213; O.R. Book 1325, Page 45, O.R. Book 1340, Page 1800 and O.R. Book 1368, Pages 220-223, all in the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida; together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto. at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 A.M. on July 6, 2011.
