NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to an Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated March 31, 2011 and entered in Case No. 2010-CA-009120 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein IMG INVESTMENT LLC, a Florida limited liability company, is the Plaintiff and CITRUS MEADOWS APARTMENTS, Ltd., a Florida limited partnership, and FLORIDA HOUSING FINANCE CORPORATION, as successor to the Florida Housing Finance Agency, a public body corporate and politic created and existing under the laws of the State of Florida, a Florida corporation, et al., are the Defendants, Manatee County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on July 7, 2011 at 11:00 am or as soon as possible thereafter on line via Internet at www.manatee.realforeclose.com. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
