and commonly known as: 5202 E 16 TH STREET, BRADENTON, FL 34203; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on the Manatee County public auction website at, www.manatee.realforeclose.com, on JULY 13, 2011 at 11:00 AM.
