NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale Date dated the 9th day of June, 2011, and entered in Case No. 09-08323, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is the Plaintiff and ARNOLD O. ALLENIUS; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A.; THE PALMS OF CORTEZ CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNITED STATES DEPARTMENT OF TREASURY; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ARNOLD O. ALLENIUS; UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.manatee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 at, 11:00 AM on the 14th day of July, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
BUILDING 2, CONDOMINIUM UNIT 16, THE PALMS OF CORTEZ, TOGETHER WITH AN U NDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2038, PAGE 5178, AND AMENDED BY DOCUMENT RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2041, PAGE 6955, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
