NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale Date dated the 6th day of June, 2011, and entered in Case No. 2008 CA 008616, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein SUNTRUST MORTGAGE, INC. is the Plaintiff and EMANUEL S. KING A/K/A EMANUAL S. KING; MARY ANN KING; UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.manatee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 at, 11:00 AM on the 15th day of July, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE SOUTH 142.00 FEET OF THE NORTH 446.0 FEET OF THE WEST 1/2 OF THE SW 1/4 OF THE NE 1/4 OF THE NW 1/4 OF SECTION 2, TOWNSHIP 34 SOUTH, RANGE 18 EAST, MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA; LESS THE WEST 25 FEET FOR ERIE ROAD AND LESS THE NORTH 25 FEET FOR ROAD EASEMENT.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
