Notice is hereby given that pursuant to a Final Judgment in Foreclosure entered in the above-entitled cause in the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, I will sell at public sale to the highest bidder for cash, in the atrium on the first floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 a.m., on the 5th day of July, 2011, that certain parcel of real property situated in Collier County, Florida, described as follows:
Lot 1, 2 3 and 4, Block 153, GOLDEN GATE, UNIT 5, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 5, Pages 117 through 123, inclusive, Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
