NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on the 14th day of July, 2010, in Civil Action No. 10-00186-CA, of the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, in which LURA JONES, INDIVIDUALLY AND AS TRUSTEE OF THE JONES FAMILY TRUST DATED 12/20/2006, ASHTON PLACE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., LELY RESORT MASTER PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., UNKNOWN PARTIES IN POSSESSION #1, UNKNOWN PARTIES IN POSSESSION #2, IF LIVING, AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING, BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE ABOVE NAMED DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, are the Defendants, and BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., is the Plaintiff, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the Atrium, on the 1st floor Annex of the Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112., at 11:00 A.m. on the 5 day of July, 2011, the following described real property set forth in the Final Judgment of Foreclosure in Collier County, Florida:
LOT 43, ASHTON PLACE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 45, PAGES 84 THROUGH 87, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
