Notice is GIVEN that, in accordance with the Summary Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated June 1, 2011, in the above-styled cause, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, at the Collier County Courthouse Annex, Atrium First Floor, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, in Naples, Florida 34112 at 11:00 a.m. on the 6 day of July, 2011. the following-described property:
unit 8 in of naples commercial plaza #2, a condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 855 at Page 1142 of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida, together with all appurtenance thereto and an undivided interest in the common elements of the said condominium
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the dale, you must file a claim with the Clerk, no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim, you will be not entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days only the owner of record as of the date of the Lis Pendens may claim the surplus.
