Notice is given that pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 1, 2011, entered in Case No. 2010-002712-CA of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, in which REGIONS BANK is the Plaintiff, and NHB HOLDINGS, LLC, a Florida limited liability company; NEWHAVEN BUILDERS, INC., a Florida corporation; TAYLOR FOUR CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida non profit corporation, KIRBY B. BUNDY, and MICHELLE BUNDY are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and vest bidder for cash on July 7, 2011, at 11:00 a.m. on the 1st Floor, Atrium, Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, the following described property set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
UNITS 3 and 4 of TAYLOR FOUR, a Condominium, according to The Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 2455, Page 1640, and all exhibits and amendments thereof, Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days.
