NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order on a Motion to Reschedule foreclosure sale dated June 2, 2011, and entered in Case No. 0805861CA of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER COUNTY, Florida, wherein LASALLE BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE Plaintiff, and REYMUNDO IGNACIO, et al are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 am at First Floor, Atrium Area of the Collier County Courthouse located at 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples Florida 34112, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 5 day of July, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 22, BLOCK 165, GOLDEN GATE UNIT NO. 5, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK, 5 AT PAGE 118, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
And all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
